Our well pump kept running so around 4 pm on a Saturday I called them and left a message. They called back within an hour. I was appreciative of how professional and courteous they were on the phone. She was honest and told me if we still had water which we did to try and hold out until Monday since time and a half was in play over the weekend. I agreed and told her I would call her back fingers crossed we would make it to Monday. Of course water did not hold out and I called back within the hour and she indicated the tech would call me in the morning to let me know what time they would be there on Sunday. The tech called me back Saturday evening instead and said they would be here at 7 am Sunday morning. He was a really terrific honest man and fixed our problem which did not turn out to be expensive. To be quite honest he could have told me I needed a new pump but instead he fixed an issue with a switch and all was good. I really appreciate the service they gave and don't usually post any reviews but felt compelled to do so here.
