| Victoria Viasan | -1 star for the dirty ducts I was left with after AND services charged 1100 to clean them. -1 star for all the mold that I've had keeping me from using the heater during these cold days because John from AND services said that the Plenum has no mold, but I've tested the mold and it is positive for Fungi growthcheckout the photo of the plenum .-1 star for having to live with a duct filled with mold because John from AND services said at first that the ducts were clean good and at least it was better than beforecheckout the photos with the hands , it shows the mold that is in the ducts, also tested positive to fungi growth. -1 star for having to waste so many days of my life trying to convince a company to do the right thing so I don't have to live in a house contaminated with mold in the HVAC system. The Company gets 1 star because that is what the experience I had deserves. I am not making anything up, im not upset but im not happy that I had to deal with AND services because instead of being honest with the home owner someone at AND services tried to get as much as possible from the landlord cutting corners , leaving the mold where it is instead of telling the landlord that , the mold needs to be remediated first by removing moldy damaged materials, replacing them , then going ahead and placing new technology like UV lights in the system in order to help keep the system free old mold in the future, which is the opposite of what the Admin at AND services wanted to do, which was to place UV lights on top of caked up mold inside the Plenum and inside the ducts which according to the Florida Health department and EPA website it is not the correct thing to do, instead they recommend removing all mold containing materials that cannot be properly cleaned including the Plenum which is made from fiberglass board and should not be cleaned and they even specify that the materials should be removed because even dry mold particles pose a health hazard to living things ,including humans and pets. |
