But if you are looking to call and speak to someone at any Ferguson facility to check availability or ask for pricing , you will be let down. Ferguson's phone systems suck bad. | Greg Tischner | My installer picked up a water heater, removed and replaced the new one however, it kept shutting off. Called the manufacturer to inquire and discovered the counter clerk at Ferguson, made a huge mistake in retrieving a natural gas version instead of propane model from stock. Contacted the General Manager, Bill Bates, and he quickly resolved the issue by having the corrected model delivered and arranged for a new contractor to remove the wrong one and replace it with the new model. Outstanding support from Bill Bates and the Ferguson team!!!!!! |
