I have to give the repair at least 24 hours to make sure it is done properly. However, John was very polite and knew what to do. When the job was finished, he showed me in detail what was done. He also cleaned up the area very nicely. I like how he worked and I will keep you as my go-to plumber as long as the repair proves solid.

The visit was very informative, as the technician not only provided preventive maintenance on the water heater, but also he checked the plumbing throughout the home. While the home estimate was provided at a discount, I felt that most services were expensive. Also I seem to have a little pressure issue in the kitchen, where the hot water value shuts off unexpectedly. This used to occur with the laundry room basin, which was not used much. However the kitchen is used very often. I find myself going under the sink once a day now to turn the value back on.
