Dishonest and/or not trained! Called to unclog kitchen sink and was quoted 49-125 on a Saturday so I initially thought how affordable. What a mistake! The plumber "attempted" to snake outside and then tried to upsell me a 500 service. When I said the landlord's not going to approve that until you try to snake inside. Then he said it would be a mess and if we had something to catch the water after he opens the pipes and to turn the lights up because it's dark underneath the sink! How unprofessional! After helping him do his job he then said the pipes are old and might break if he snakes inside so the landlord should really just replace the pipes for 2900! We dismissed him immediately and he said well good luck and left his mess. We then called a reliable and honest plumber, Drainmaster. They were in and out in 30 minutes, clean, double checked their work and charged under 200! Wish I had called them first!

Johnny was the guy who had helped us out and we totally loved the way he did everything. He told us the reason toilets get clogged every once in a while and also gave us a direct line in case we ever needed to reach him for quick help. Really happy with the overall experience and we would use them again in the future without a doubt.
