I would not recommend this company to someone I hate..

Sentry was recommended by our new propane service provider. The initial service experience started out great. We called and they got someone out promptly the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately the young man they sent for an estimate showed up and said he had no idea what the problem was. He informed us "the boss" would be out the following Monday. No one ever came or called. Realizing the holiday had the potential to be very busy for businesses, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called them a week later on Friday after still not hearing from anyone. The person on the phone took all my information and promised to have "the boss" call. It is now another week later and no one has contacted us. Sentry may deliver great services to businesses or large dollar estimates. For private residences needing service there is a total lack of communication, follow through, and knowledge by the person they sent for an estimate. "The boss" never did call or come by so I can't recommend him one way or another. I would recommend pursuing other plumbing options.

Thank you to the great crew at sentry plumbing for building my beautiful custom home. My plumbing fixtures look amazing in my new home and Dave and his crew did a great job. Highly recommend them!!
