Asked for a quote and they took the part said they will fix it tomorrow. Couple days later and the guy had quit. He never ordered my part but Mike said he would take care of it. Another week and he never did anything. 30 days later I don't have the part and no water still. Told me to order the part and take care of it. He was very rude, unprofessional, and abrasive with his words. I will tell everyone not to do business with these people.

Highly unprofessional poor business practices. Would assign less than a star if it were possible. Beware! The owner doesn't follow through or keep his word. Phone calls are not returned. Dave Hill doesn't stand behind the products his company installs. After 4 months of multiple phone calls, repeatedly sending requested pictures and waiting for him to take care of an issue, his response was he was too busy and told me to find the product info his worker took all paperwork/warranty info and to take care of it myself. He's quick to come up with excuses, and skirts the issue of not keeping his word. Terrible character-not trustworthy!

We called Hills Plumbing out to fix some issues in our rental. They were very busy but found the time to squeeze us in. They fixed our problem quickly and left our place nice and clean! We will use them again in the future!
