Plumbing services by Specialized plumbing llc in Mesa, Arizona

Vicki Talbot hires us to do a post construction cleaning. We met her at the property the day before and did a walk through. The next day when we arrived to clean there were 3 guys doing construction including cutting tile just outside an open door. 4.5 hours of cleaning under these ridiculous circumstances because it's getting filthy faster than getting cleaned Vicki decides she's not happy with the services and decides not to pay the 135 she owes. That's 30 hourly. I repeatedly explained that due to the circumstances as much got done in the 4.5 hours as possible and it was not going to be perfect. She blames us for not telling her when we got there that there were construction workers in the house. However both homeowners were there and knew. It was not our place to schedule when we were there and when construction was going on. I will continue to bad review this company until they pay the 135 due. Shame on you Vicki!

These guys are awsome! Very pleased with the service I received. They showed up on time and repaired my shower like it was nothing. They kept there work area clean and were super professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
