| Gma Funstuff | 9 pm and the water started backing up in our kitchen sink. By 2am we realized we couldn't fix it with drain cleaner and a snake. We couldn't use toilets or any running water as it would back up into the sink. I called at 8am, they were here by 9, water was draining by 9:45. Turns out it was a hard plug about 40 ft. from the sink. We would have never gotten to it with our little snake. Super fast response and a fair price. And a nice lady answering the phone too! |

| Celina Walker | The plumber did a good job when looking at the end result. Other than that I would never recommend this facility to any one. My experience started with a plumber coming out and giving me a quote of around 100 which is great so I said yes to starting services. Then about a few weeks later a plumber come to my house. This was not the same plumber that gave me the quote. Well he did not have all the materials needed to finish the job so said he would come back. In the mean time I received a bill for 119.64. I called to make sure this will be the only bill I would receive ever received an answer back. The plumber came back and finished his job weeks later. I received another bill for 196.06. now my total is 315.70 which is well over around 100 that I was quoted. I tried calling the business and was informed that the plumbers are experienced and know what they are doing. this is true but the plumber doing the work was not the same one giving the quote and had no way to know what to be prepared for and that the total will stay. I was not given a discount or a sorry or anything. Now when I am about to pay off the bill I call to make sure the total I have is correct. IT WAS NOT. They applied my payments incorrectly and had a different total as me, luckily I kept track of all my payments. Honestly I do not want to finish paying it off due to bad business/ customer service. |
