| Ande Cook | Went in to buy a can of appliance paint, found employee in back with another customer. Must have been having a bad day, snarled at me she would help in a minute, then informed me I walked past paint cans which I did not, walked down another aisle . Made my purchase, went home, discovered can was defective, spitting chunks and clogging. Went back and was told "I am not listening and did not shake up paint". Twice. WOW. She then shook the paint for minutes and at one point slammed the spray paint on the floor so hard the top broke. Super professional. Suffice to say, left with the paint, which was still defective and spitting chunks and tossed it in the trash. Not worth 6 to deal with her problems, whatever they were.... The store across the street is always friendly, professional and courteous. Only went to this place because they did not have what I needed. That won't happen again. |
