When I went with another bid, which was literally 1,000 less than Powder River, they decided to send me a bill for just assessing the issue I was having with my AC. I actually think it is fair for them to be compensated for an assessment, but they never mentioned that upfront, which is just a matter of character and integrity. People that go with Powder River most likely do so because they don't take the time to get another bid. Their team in Buffalo is super friendly and I enjoyed meeting them, but that doesn't make up for a 1,000 difference in a bid.
