| will harkness | No customer service, bad service. Went in to buy some 5/8" washers. They had no boxes of washer but a large quantity in the bin. A box of 25 was 7.49 or 0.44 each... I was looking to buy all they had. I used their little baggies and put 25 in each to get the bulk price. I ended up with 100 washers, or 4 "bags" of 25. I wrote down the bin number and price on one of the bags and took them to the counter to pay. The older lady said how many and what's the price. I told her there were 25 in each bag and showed her the price per 25. She said they aren't in a box so you have to pay the price per washer. I said there are no boxes, they were dumped out of the boxes when stocked. I told her I'm not going to pay and extra 16 because they were not in boxes, and I walked out.. I now know to never go there again. |
