| Aundrea Hines | I am a new home owner and do not know much about home repairs or maintenance. For starters, I had horrible water pressure coming out of my shower. I had to call upwards of 3 times before Ron's Plumbing would even send anyone out to look at my plumbing issue. By the time they sent someone out, the guy was extremely rude and made me feel very stupid for a simple fix. Turned out something was just clogged in my shower head. Then I received a bill for 90!!! For something that took him less than 5 minutes to figure out and on top of horrible customer service I was extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I do not recommend at all! |
