We are extremely happy with our experience with Steve's Plumbing and our technician John Smith. The appointment process was easy and I received confirmation of the appointment the morning it was scheduled. I loved that I got a text with a picture of John when he was on his way, I appreciate that this gives me piece of mind regarding who I can expect to show up at my house. John did a great job fixing the things we needed and explaining everything to us thoroughly so we feel confident we understand how to handle taking care of the sump system on our own. He listened to our concerns and even helped me with another quick water issue while in our home that was a quick fix and had been driving me crazy. Definitely a company we will use again and will highly recommend to others.

I had an after hours call in, which was returned in minutes by a very friendly and helpful person. The technician arrived during the later part of the appointment window but the office kept me updated on his status and arrival time. The technician, Charlie, was absolutely wonderful! Fixed the issue and took time to explain, gave me options and advice on future issues so I can prevents issues down the road. Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would refer Steve's Plumbing across all categories, great experience!
