Had to have well pipe replaced from the well to the house in 2011. When testing outlets recently we discovered the house was not grounded. Learned the standard way to ground the electric was to use the metal pipe to the well. This pipe was replaced with PVC pipe thus no ground. Was not informed at the time the pipe was replaced that we needed to call an electrician to ground the electric. When we called about the problem we were given a big explanation that the water softener was causing the problem. After a lengthy conversation the plumber finally understood the problem. We were told someone would call us back, never happened. We understand that an electrician has to correct the problem and that's o.k. but we should have been told to call someone to ground the electric. Good thing the house hasn't been hit by lighting. As to customer service forget it you won't get a call back.

S & R was a great company to deal with. My technician Andy came out the next day and diagnosed my problem right away. He was friendly and gave me my options for repair. He made the job easy and gave me some pointers for future maintenance. I highly recommend S & R to anyone with well, plumbing and water softener issues.
