| Lynn Shaw | They came out and replaced shower valve which was an obsolete off brand so there were no replacement parts available. Instead of just staying sorry can't fix it, they did their research and figured how to fix it. Had to cut the tile to get to the leak and they found a backplate to cover that and then replaced everything with Delta products. So pleased no leak and it looks great. While he was here I was talking with my husband in the other room wondering if this would fix the issue of backwards hot/cold issue meaning hot comes out when pointed to cold and vis versa. Either way he said I can fix that. Two minutes later it was fixed and no more drips. So happy and bill came in cheaper than originally quoted. Definitely will call them if we need plumbing help in the future. |
