I placed an order online 04/02/20. I spent 1500 on a vanity and sink and 2 corner cabinets for a bathroom remodel. I selected the ship to store option because according to their site I could get it 3 days sooner then shipping it to my door even though shipping was free no matter which option I choose. Order was supposed to be there in 2 shipments. The corner cabinets were to arrive on 04/12/20. They arrived 4/14/20. No big deal. The sink and vanity was to arrive on 04/14/20. Then it said they wouldn't get there until 04/20/20. So much later then original date. At this point I would have received it sooner if I had done the ship to home option. I call their store on 04/20 and they tell me it's on the truck they haven't unloaded yet. Today 04/21/20 I check status and it says no delivery info available. This has put my project behind by a week. I am angry and of course there is no way to contact customer care because I called twice and waited on hold for longer then an hour before I gave up and if you click to email them it says oops there's a problem with the page you requested. This is an absolute circus. I arranged to have a truck to use for pick up on these dates so I could pick these things up only for them not to arrive. I already have another 2000 in my online cart with Home Depot for 2 more sink and vanities for another bathroom remodel. I think I'm gonna reconsider this and shop menards. I'm not ok with a company wasting my time and delaying my project.

I really love the quality of the products compared to some of the other competitors in town. Yeah you might have to pay a little bit more but you get what you pay for in the long run. There's no point in buying it two or three times when you can buy it once and be done. I like doing stuff easy and non repetitively.

Home Depot is horrible!! I wanted to buy a freezer. So, I called and asked about delivery and removing my freezer that stopped working. And they told me they would not take my credit card information over the phone. I told him I suffered a stroke and was concerned because I know Home Depot is a busy place and I cannot afford to get sick. Really!! I will never shop there again.
