Ryan Berndt	Hired for a very small commercial job. DID NOT GO WELL. The service tech turned a 10 job into a 5 weeks. Excuses every day - Blamed the owner for taking him off the Job all the time. The owner then said to they were just to busy. Employee showed up 4 times and just left do to family emergencies. Used a zip tie for support and when I confronted the owner his response is he doesn't use zip tie's? There was no oversight no supervisor visiting the site. All invoices for hours were invented after detail was requested to say the least it took awhile and added cost to us for no reason other than bad organization and false invoices. RUN

We have had fast quality service, and when parts broke Joyce and Ken did everything to make sure the warranty was honored by such companies as Kohler and Bemis. They stepped in when they did not have to, and this extra step was truly appreciated.
