Not only will I never recommend them, they will ruin your credit. I was calling around to different companies to see who would call me back first to make the earliest appointment. I specifically told them when I spoke to the receptionist to please call me back so I may talk to them about my problem. Instead of calling me back they show up at my door while i'm on my way out. NO APPOINTMENT, just showed up at my door without calling me. I informed them that they never made an appointment and told them that they were suppose to call me first to make appointment. They were incredibly rude and I told them I would hire someone else. I get a bill in the mail for them coming to my house and for a full hour of service. I REFUSE to pay this bill and told them so. Now it's ruining my credit score. and just so you know on the bill they sent me it stated on there to CALL FIRST, they never did

Very disappointed. Had to use prairie as they were the only approved vendor through UHP home warranty and after well work was completed they had to do 2 water tests and I specifically asked if there was a cost and I was told no. I received a bill for over 400 and they are said no one told me there would be no charge. They asked me who I spoke to - the first service was in July and I received the bill in November. I didn't remember who I spoke to, I'm self-employed and talk to about 30+ people a day. I asked about the cost because if there was going to be a cost, I would have gone with a local friend who is a plumber to do the water test and I wouldn't incur the labor/trip charge, as they were coming 40 mins away 376 was 2 trip charges. Lesson learned, write down who I speak to with anyone I do business with for fear they won't honor what they said.
