Ben Haen	Don't waste your time or money on there homes. They do sub par work at best. We moved in in January with the understanding that our yard and driveway would be put in in spring. Well that did happen and the yard has standing water in multiple spots , the driveway has cracks and sinkholes, and our floor in the kitchen and living room is buckling and it's only 4 months old. Now c and j wants us homeowner to file a claim with Menards for the floor. That floor was purchased by c and j and installed by a handyman they hire. That warranty work and claim is c and j's responsibility not the home owners. I've left messages with the company,but no one seems to answer there phone. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Find a reputable builder who does quality work with real sub contractors.
