Horrible experience. Came during the COVID-19 pandemic, they were stopping everyone at the front door and saying rudely “you need a mask”. They then led us over to the desks, where you had to PURCHASE a mask if you wanted to shop. Countless employees not wearing make themselves. There were dozens of people waking in and right back out again. Menards, you are losing tons of business by implementing this new system. I, a lifelong customer, will make the permanent switch to Home Depot and never come here again, for my home renovating purchases which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. You're losing lots of business. Bad experience.

The store had been recently remodeled and expanded. They have a lot more items. It's a little difficult to navigate, because items were moved. Staff is friendly and helpful for finding the items I needed.

Huge store it's usually not busy compared to other menards I've been to. Love that it's easy to get in and out of parking lot. One associate was worthless and couldn't be bothered when we inquired about a product. But the next 2 were very helpful and we found what we were looking for. They have some great deals. Excited to go back again.
