I have worked with Ed David Jr. Senior Service Tech for Oak Creek Plumbing for the past 2 years. Ed does an outstanding job of bringing the best quality products and service for his customers. He is a personable guy who makes sure the job is done correctly to the highest standards. I put our name on standby because we needed a faucet repair for our tub/shower faucet. Two days later we get the call that a serviceman is available and with our consent they send him our. He seemed knowledgeable and skilled and fixed the faucet quickly. He cleaned up the area and billed us what he had estimated. The only hitch was that they give the servicemen laptops to use for credit card payments among other things and those never work in our home. I wrote a check instead but would appreciate having the option of credit card payment. Oak Creek Plumbing has done work for us in the past an we have always been satisfied.

I'd highly recommend Oak Creek Plumbing for many reasons. They responded to an emergency call due to a sump pump issue promptly. The plumber was kind and professional, he fixed the problem and recommended an upgrade to the system that was long overdue. The new sump pump system install had some issues, but Oak Creek Plumbing stood by their estimate. I'd recommend without hesitation.
