I see a lot of good reviews on there, but my experience was not good. The person I spoke to set a meeting with me for the same day. Great, until he didn't show and then didn't answer his phone, return my message or text. The next day he called like nothing happened and said he could schedule an appointment with me. No thank you. Good luck to everyone else.

I set up an appointment with Darryl to come out between 10 and 12 on a Monday, by 1145 he was a no show, I text him asking if he was in route to my home and didn't receive a reply till and hour later. When he finally got to my home which was after 1 pm, he attempted to jack the flat rate that he had given me the day I made the appointment from 225 to 265. When I mentioned that not only was he late but he was also attempting to charge me more he agreed to the flat rate I had to “remind him” of. To top it off, all he had to do was snake the drain out he was literally at my home 15 minutes and made 225 off of me. Very unprofessional and a bit of a rip off too!

Everytime we flushed our toilet, it was coming out of the floor drain in the basement. My basement tubs were clogged & me trying to play Ms. Fix-it with the help of youtube destroyed the piping under my kitchen sink. Called the night before, explained the problem and he was there the next day. He spendt alot of time throughly clearing the drains out. Before he started he explained different things he would try to save me a few dollars. Very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend him and will use him for future plumbing needs. Prices were reasonable.
