I have a leakage problem in the basement and the company sent a gentlemen by the name of Mike to fix the problem. He was very prompt and when looking at the leak he found that the problem was with the toilet in the first floor apartment. He removed the toilet and fixed the problem and replaced all the necessary plumbing issues that arose. Make sure that there was not leakage before he left and cleaned up the area. He was very thorough, friendship, helpful and explained what he was doing at all times and answered any questions I had. I found him to be a very good technician and very knowledge. I would recommend him for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

We have never needed a plumber before until our basement sink started spraying water out of one of the faucet heads. I called the emergency line as it was the weekend and spoke to the plumber on call and he gave a recommendation over the phone that fixed the problem and saved us from needing to spend 100's of dollars to get someone out to our house. A company that is willing to help over the phone is one I will recommend to others always!
