| Taylor Daniels | I ordered the port-a-potty trailer for my wedding. I ordered it in January for my October wedding. We ordered the large one and paid for it ahead of time. I have been emailing, leaving voicemails and left messages with the front desk to finalize the details for the wedding week since July. We were suppose to receive it Wednesday, but didn't. I called the front desk and the lady was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, when we did receive the trailer it was the wrong one. We called Marc and he was EXTREMELY rude. He screamed and yelled at my mom over the phone. He kept swearing and calling her selfish for requesting what we paid for. Never go through this company, unless you want to be verbally insulted. Also, never pay for things ahead of time. You'll never get calls back if you do. I would give a zero out of 5. |
