Check court filings for your builder in WI & MI to see if they are litigious. Have your attorney review your builders construction contract for anomalies between COST PLUS and published LABOR RATES that do not appear in any way to be COST. I think the term is "DOUBLE DIPPING" or "COST PLUS + PLUS". See if your builder has their own personal remodel projects going that you will be in competition for resources with. Will they pay you penalties for being late, or just keep billing you when they are late? PS - Is the positive review posted for a same-name business in Weaverville, North Carolina? - funny how the Wisconsin business replies taking credit for it.; |
