Jensen has serviced our boiler and plumbing for nearly 15 years and I never had a bad experience. One time a valve failed and our overly full boiler was pouring hot water into the kitchen. They were there within an hour and had it fixed on a Saturday. Another time the boiler wouldn't come on when the temperature dipped, and somehow the repairman located a faulty zone switch hidden in the ceiling of the utility room. I was impressed. I never would have found it. Most recently, as we are selling our house, I needed documentation, quotes, and paid receipts of the work done to give to the buyers, and everyone was so helpful emailing me all of it right away so we could meet our deadlines. I really appreciate the great service and excellent work over the years. Thanks!

Jensen's employees are all extra helpful and friendly. Jenny is very clear about the scheduling and when someone will be available - plus she's just delightful on the phone. Most recently Ali came out and fixed our bathroom sink - prior to that, she fixed our toilet. We've also worked with Al and Steve and very much appreciate their expertise and the advice they offer. The owners are wonderful and kind. Sheldon really helped us out when we had water in the basement - you can tell people really care about you and your home. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
