Bob returned my call right away. It was a weekend evening and we had a major issue with our upstairs plumbing. As a result, I could see my downstairs master bedroom ceiling beginning to deteriorate at an alarming rate. Bob walked me through what to do to stop the problem and then he called in Dave to help fix it. Dave was professional and terrific at educating me in terms I could understand. He respected my home by wearing booties over his boots. He did this without being asked. My home is 125 years old and has wood floors. I keep my home clean and protected. I felt this company made such practices their standard. When everything was done the price was very reasonable even though it was the weekend. I cannot say enough about this top-notch company and their employees! Use them.
