Although the price was high, the service was outstanding. Within 4 hours I had an estimate and an approach that included everything necessary to reroute my sump pump line through my house and 48 hours had the onsite service operators doing work. In 8 hours they rerouted both crocks and lines, installed hangers with minimal cutting, closed the original holes and trenched the front yard with complete care for the aesthetics. Not only were they clean but were more then willing to have me ask questions, take pictures, and oversee the process in full. Backed by a full year warranty on service and no damage to the ceiling tile I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

The service tech. Juan and his trainee Anthony took care of my clogged sewer pipe in a neat and timely fashion but that is not the whole story. The were both wonderfully courteous, taking time to explain the process and their findings. Juan was a thorough trainer and Anthony was an eager trainee. Great job all around!
