Christopher Wilde	I ordered 2 windows only 1 showed up and had to wait twice as long for other window. I asked why weren't they on phone right away when they realized order was missing a window. Window came on Tuesday, I came in on Saturday they knew about it but did nothing. So ordered new one the following Monday, and weeks later other one finally showed up. But they won't do anything for me, they screwed up and could have had it fixed before I got there, but no one did their job. And refused to try and make it up to me. Store manager just lied to me and said nothing wrong can do. Worst customer service ever!

Nate Judge	Not allowing kids under 16 years old is a huge kick in pants for single parents. Menards made a bad decision and I hope it causes them to lose a few customers.
