Stephen Trahanas	I scheduled a service call with this company and they cancelled on me the day before late afternoon. Rita was EXTREMELY rude and when I tried to reschedule, she couldn't give me a date. I called her again a couple of days later and she told me she was scheduling 3 weeks out. Didn't apologize. Nothing. Horrible customer service!
