When they arrived I even said, "thank you for coming all this way!" They said not a problemand that they have another customer in town also. I was thankful the leak was fixed in a timely manner. When the bill arrived, I was shocked to see the amount. I was later explained that they charge from the time they left their shop, until they got to me. Unfortunately, I was the first appointment so I got the brunt of the charge. The next customer, who was also in my town, was charged only from my home to theirs. An obvious shorter commute. I wish this would have been communicated to me earlier. Life lesson learned.
