| Laura Peterson | Terrible! I've lived in our home for about 14 months and it is nothing but junk! The repair people that come are very nice but if it was done correctly in the first place they wouldn't need to come back. The materials are junk! The doors leak air causing mold on the trim and drywall. The windows are extremely drafty, I had to put plastic and blankets on the windows! The counter tops are warped. "Support beam" on the island in the kitchen is wobbly. The trim is coming off the walls. Everytime the cat jumps off the chair I fear that the floor is going to fall through! Everything on the dresser shakes when someone walks in the room. I can feel the vibration in the floor on the other side of the house when the washer or dryer is on! Look else where! Do not buy from here!! The inside doors are also uneven! I am extremely embarrassed and disappointed!! It really pisses me off that this home will end up filling up the landfill way too soon! I've told MidCountry my concerns MONTHS ago and it hasn't been resolved! |
