| C J | Zero stars if able. Had leak in well line lg amt of water bubbling up in lawn. Called Sunday urgent line again on Monday. Was told they would stop by to check out the situation and get back to Us. No action at all. Calls to business x2 and still no response. After third call they returned the call and said they could not make it nor would they be able to do the repair as they were going on vacation. Seriously at least you could have said you were not available and another company could have been contacted. Return call was rude and in no way a person who cares about any level of customer service. Did expect it repaired immediately but at least a response if you could not do the work in a timely manner or not. We both work in customer service arena in public utilities and health care and this would NEVER be acceptable. You should be out of business or take remedial customer service training. Would not recommend to anyone after this. |
