Mike was hired to inspect the well system of a home that I was purchasing. My home inspector noted in his inspection that the well pump was cycling too often in should be inspected. Mike gave a favorable inspection on the entire water system so I purchased the home. 3 months later I had another plumber come because I felt that the pump was cycling too often and he told me that the pressure tank was bad. When I emailed make about the situation he admitted that he did not check the pressure tank because he did not have time. so now I have to incur the expense Of a new pressure tank. If Mike had taken the time to do his job in its entirety I would not have this added expense
