| Bud | Be careful if you wish to use this company. I recently used them to repair my Aprilaire humidifier that is mounted on my furnace. The serviceman, Don, charged me 337.60 and told me how to operate the unit to prevent extreme humidity in the house and what he had done to correct the unit so that it worked. After three days and no change in my humidity I checked the unit and found that no water was entering the unit via the attached solenoid. He said he had found a water blockage and had cleared it. The way he described what he had done told me that the problems were corrected and that the unit was working. It wasn't and isn't working. Obviously, I will not call this company again. |
