I've been using Tim Rausch Plumbing for years. They are always quick to respond and very professional. Recently, I was having trouble with my older sump pump system. Tim promptly responded to my after hours message and sent Aaron and Eric over to install a new pump. I was especially impressed with the time they took to answer my questions, explain various replacement options and give a tutorial after the work was complete. I opted for the battery backup system and feel confident in that choice. Very good service - I highly recommend!

I am more than happy with their service. I called on a Sunday and actually spoke to a person, not a recording. The response was amazing. They arrived ahead of schedule on Monday morning, were friendly, knowledgable did a great job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!
