| tonya Conley | This organization is not customer friendly or cares about customer service at all. They serviced our property, asked them to put in a riser, it never happened. They left a huge hole in the ground and was upset that we asked them to fill it back in. What they are saying is that it is okay to leave a huge whole in your yard! Don't they realize or even care that this is a huge safety hazard!!! They said we were being unreasonable because we asked them to complete this part of the work. Told me to find someone else because they said we they felt we should of let the dirt settled It was 6 months before they came back to fill in the whole. I would not recommend these folks for your septic service needs. Very unfriendly and unreasonable to work with. |
