I had an issue with my Stihl trimmer, my recoil spring for the pull cord had broken. Went to the store and the guys jumped right on it making the repairs while I waited. Had some great conversations while they repaired my equipment. Picked up another item I needed. They seem to have a good inventory of parts and more than willing to accommodate the customers.

I rented a stump grinder dirty on pickup and was charged 260. I brought it back after washing on time with no issues with more gas than was originally in it, was still charged 50 cleaning fee! It had a small amount of mud under neath it, the manager randy said it was dirty! Small amount means small, everything else on this machine was clean. I do not think everyone in the store has the same attitude, but Randy's customer service is 1 star as far as I'm concerned! I have pictures of their other equipment taken same day, nothing there is as clean as the machine I took back. I'm glad to pay the 50, but definitely think it was unnecessary. Point blank, unless you are buddies with randy he's a jerk! Tried talking to him man to man about the issue, still a jerk!

Very nice store. Only complaint is that we bought 2 tons of pellets and my husband, who is a below the knee amputee, our son and 8 year old grandson had to load the pellets themselves because they couldn't be loaded with a fork lift.
