Our experience with Advanced has been nothing but professional and pleasant. Advanced has installed 2 of our heat pumps with duct work and our mini-split for our new addition. Advance had also identified an issue that wasn't up to their standards from their previous work and corrected the issue at no additional cost to us. This was due in part to Josh Hinerman creating and setting a standard for their company to follow. I would highly recommend this company for any sized job and would strongly encourage them as a sub-contractor if you are using a general contractor to due this type of work.

I'm overkilling on the five stars here, but here comes Jason, poor guy, to assess our AC needs immediately, and steps solidly into a hidden ground bee nest. Took it like the pro these guys are, what a trooper. We were so horrified for him, we didn't mind that our AC was done for and a new Carrier system was required - in 90+ degree August, that's the way it goes. Danny took good care of us and it felt like Niagara Falls the remainder of this past summer thanks to this marvelous establishment and its folks - the best next door neighbors ever!

In my experience, they're the best in town. Very responsive and showed up on time. The technician was very professional and knew what was wrong with the system. Serviced Within an hour and fixed the issue. The bill came in mail with no surprises. 5 stars to the company.
