| Arnetta Doss | Bottom line, I wouldn't give them one star, but I had to to leave a comment. I absolutely would not recommend them unless I had no other option. Called them and they told me it would be no problem pumping our tank out and never got back with us. Also would not answer phone when we tried to call them back several times! Far as I'm concerned, that's bad business! |
| james lansing | I rented a camper to a family that was getting their house worked on from fire damage. I talked to the lady 3-4 times at this company a week prior and set up weekly septic service because I wanted to make sure everything was set. She had my name, number, address and etc. and also quoted me a price of 50 to empty a 40 gallon tank each week. I agreed. The day came to empty the tank and no one showed up. My friends called the company and the told her they never talked to me. During the conversation, they told her that there was no way they could come out for 50 to empty a tank. I never told my friend the price so we all knew they were lying. I called the company to ask them about it, because I thought I had made a mistake and guess what, THE COMPANY CALL BLOCKED ME and would not take my call. Terrible business!!!! My recommendation to you is to get it in writing if you deal with these shady people. |
