He was polite, worked quite,got work done in a timely manner, cleaned up after he was done. Charge for services were in line with other plumbers. Will definitely use him in the future.

This company i felt they took my money and ran.i looked on google and it said glen dale but when i called and told them where i lived which is in moundsville,and i mentioned i had like 3 in of water in basement.they sent someone clear out from triadelphia.the company then charged me a service fee because he had to travel 30 min. They should have mentioned there was going to be a fee because they are from triadelphia not glendale like google says.The employee showed up walked to my door and said quote "i didnt bring boots,do you have a pair i can use". What kind of plumber showes up without boots? Charged me for opening my access lid to septic and said it needs pumped. I knew it needed pumped i had a clog from house to septic, and thats what i called and needed done. The lid is an above ground plastic one so no effort is required to open once I took out hold down screws.he did nothing and charged me. I called the company and they said we always charge that. I asked why would the lady say im a couple miles from u but actually be 30 min away? He wouldnt answer. He then said his employee said its not safe and the owner had 18in of water in basement.I told him i was walking in basement in my hunting boots and no where is water that high. The manager said that he WILL call And WILL get my insurance to clean my basement before they send their employee's in there.they just wanted an easy job and refused to help me. He kept saying his employee did this and did that and i was like were you there. Well im the homeowner and i was there. I mentioned i had his employee on camera the whole time and he never went in my house which i do have cameras. The mans voice and tone changed said for more money they can fix it. I told him like you all did the first time i called.. not again.. I called a-1 septic cleaners from wheeling they didnt hesitate and fixed job quickly and cheaper than the hundred and something daves plumbing charged for nothing. I would not recommend daves plumbing to no one. They lied to me and didnt help but wanted there money. worthless
