Loved the customer service today. First question was where we could find a fuse for our Christmas lights. Employee didn't just take is to the aisle, he picked out the exact one we needed. He had knowledge of the multiple locations in the store of where to look for the one we needed. We also asked for help looking for a replacement outlet. Again employee picked out the one we might need instead of just pointing us to the aisle. I liked that. I also very much appreciated that they didn't assume that just because I'm a woman in Home Depot that I'm just with the guy standing next to me. They asked if I needed assistance as well and treated me as my own customer. I did happen to be with the guy standing next to me, but I still I enjoyed that level of customer service.

5 hours to place order for laminate flooring. Corporate level placed arbitrary limits on of cases you could order. Store system showed not enough in stock to order 10 case s. Also, the ordering system gave an unnecessary limit of 30 cases per order Call to manufacturer found that 500 cases were available for purchase. HOME DEPOT EXECUTIVE DECISION MAKERSWTF!?!?!?. Read your REVIEWS MOSTLY NEGATIVE. 5 stars and a big THANK YOU, LADIES to local staff for going the extra miles/hours to get product for me. Now I remember why I didnt have a home depot charge card.

Felt valued -- thank you Richard for making my day. My husband gave me the challenge to find a tree for 50 and I found one for slightly more. When I asked where to find a boxed one, I was told it was the last in store and it was offered to me for 50. Unknown to you, it made my day and revived my Christmas spirit -- a simple undeserved kindness, but it was truly valued. Thank you Richard and Home Depot. :
