You are called before to let you know they are on their way. They wear booties, which I like so my floors are not full of footprints when they leave. Every plumber we have had has been friendly, explained things and done the job asked of them. This time I called they had a new receptionist, Elizabeth, who was very friendly and eager to help! She was a breath of fresh air! Good hire! Thanks for continuing to do good work. I cannot comment on pricing as these are our “go-to” guys! Maybe I should look! |
