Went in looking for help to replace a compression nut. Guy looked at it and said they had nothing. Went to Home Depot. Lady in the plumbing department looked at it, went to their counter and after about 10 minutes of finding the right combination of parts, had me leaving with everything I needed to fix it.

Today 2-20-2019 between the hours of 1:45 and 2:00 PM one of your boxed transport trucks drove through our community of Cosmopolis and South Aberdeen, Washington with seeming total disregard for any semblance of safe driving: over the posted 30 speed limit at least 5 over and tailgating and crossing the fog line texting or on a phone. Given the nature of drivers' choices in our communities one can only expect the same recklessness from the plumbers themselves. Please consider some much needed safe driving practices training for your drivers.

'You must have clogged pipes, must be used to different water pressure, just need to get a different shower head for different pressure'....cuts off conversation, argumentative, says he does but shows lack of care regarding customer satisfaction.
