William Shack	I was having NW plumbing modify a shower that they had installed during a new construction project. Not only was scheduling extremely difficult calls not returned but the work was subpar. When the team arrived, they didn't have the right equipment to properly install the valve. After finding a way around the problem, they installed the valve off-angle and charged me for the entire time required. Would not use again
