I would give 0 star if I could, actually watch out for this company. I have a clogged septic line, they came and jetted the line. They charged me over 1800 for the job! The company I used before for the same job in the past, charged only 400. I have another rental home also got the same problem, used another company, also the charge is about 400. They then sent out another person to pump the septic tanks, even their own people told me one tank is full, but this person told me two tanks are full, and charged over 800 for pumping, even though in the past, other companies did the same job for 400. So for the exact same problems, This company charged for over 2600, and the other company for only about 800, for a clogged septic Line. This is not the end of the story, the person who pumped the septic tank, wants to cheat more money out of me. Told me I need to act quick to get a much bigger job done by their company, otherwise I face HUGE repair bill. I asked another septic company to come out to do the test, they confirmed my suspicion that this company is totally cheating, fabricated the problem for get more money from me. Such a cheating company. Avoid!

I had a sewer that had failed we were trying to sell the house we got quotes from other companies and Chris' bid was less than half for the repairs, his office also let us make payment arrangements for the small balance we did owe them, I would not have sold my home with out them and my family and I are very grateful!

I needed a plumber to check out a leak on our downstairs bathroom. It wasn't a gushing leak just more of an ooze, so I called. A very polite gentleman answered the phone and apologized that he couldn't make it around on the day I called, but would make it the following day. Anthony came at exactly 1pm as arranged. Anthony and colleague came in and looked at the leak but it was the shower screen that was leaking and not the actual bathtub. We also had a slow drain in the upstairs bathroom sink which we didn't discuss on the phone but they were more than happy to check that out too! Both men were polite, cheerful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be calling again if I have a need for a plumber.
