| Rick Moffitt | We have been in our hiline home for 13 years, at year ten the roof developed a leak. We did upgrade at the time of purchase to a 30 year roof. We called a roofing company out to fix the leak, after further inspection the roofer finds that the original roof was installed improperly and the entire roof had been failing, at this point we contacted hiline because it wasn't installed properly, hilines response was " sorry your passed the one year warranty" the roofing company we hired even tried to work with hiline but to no avail. He had proof the roof wasn't installed properly, they didn't want to see it. So eighteen thousand dollars later, the entire roof had to be replaced, everything was rotten underneath, took hiline to the BBB, they said the company had split and we had to file again with the other side of the split company, we did, they just kept passing us back and forth between the two companies until we got tired and went away. We did and now we're out eighteen thousand dollars, didn't even offer to meet us half way. So we will take every opportunity to warn people dealing with this company. Good luck. |
