Plumbing services by Sterling Septic & Plumbing, LLC in Puyallup, Washington

About a year ago someone recommended Sterling Septic & Plumbing when we were discussing septic services and needs. I jotted a note down then and saved it. When it became time for my septic maintenance, I called them and I'm glad I did. While I was not in a hurry, they were very responsive -- being able to do the pumping service two days from the time I called. I was not completely unhappy with my former vendor, however, over the years the "quality of care" and polite customer service was noticeably diminishing. I was looking for a "more caring" service provider -- in other words nicer people to do business with. I am pleased to say that I have found one. First, the representative that took my initial call -- Amber -- was a delightful pro on the phone. She told me a bit about the company, the ownership and their fees and set us up for service. She is a dynamite person to have as the initial face make that "voice" of the business. Two days later, Jason and Danny showed up RIGHT ON TIME and tackled the job. Both technicians were knowledgeable and delivered great customer service. They answered all my questions with obvious expertise and made some observations and valuable suggestions that were helpful. These guys are GOOD -- and they are friendly and upbeat! I WILL be calling them back again in the future and I do recommend them. You get the feeling you are working with a group of people who have their act together and who care that their customer is happy. GOOD JOB, ALL AT STERLING who handled our service request!

Very helpful and honest. Would recommend this company to anybody. Found my problem in about 10 minutes and no beating around the bush to charge you extra. Very satisfied !!
