I had the pleasure to work with FlowHawks for septic service. Our alarm went off and we thought it was time to have it pumped. John Mitchell came out and found a fault that took several hours in 90 degree heat to resolve. I took a couple of photos of John as he worked on our system. The blue tarp, I put up because the heat was so intense and John never complained at all, found that the fault was not as bad as he originally had thought and communicated everything as needed. The original fault would have cost around 2,000 dollars. He later said that he found that the root cause was not what he expected and saved me that money. To find a reputable person/company , I find was so refreshing, other companies could have easily oversold me. I too troubleshoot complex systems and appreciate not just the hard work John did to fix our problem, but also super integrity when it counts, when it comes to being honest.
